Tea is a very healthy drink. It has been around for centuries and a lot of people have benefitted from it.To maintain a healthy weight the Ancient Chinese relied on Green Tea, which are fattening when taken in excess. Long and healthy lives are often credited to tea. People drink tea for the same reasons our ancestors have. It has been believed that drinking tea can help keep our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. Drinking tea helps people maintain a healthy body weight, to improve digestion people drink tea, to have more energy people drink tea and to help them sleep soundly at night people drink tea. Tea is often associated with teabags however there is another type of tea which is the loose leaf tea.



The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. From the term itself it is easy to understand that loose leaf tea is not placed in a teabag or in any type of container. In addition to that the leaves in loose leaf tea are soaked in water as a whole, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
